Call at 2 or 3 in the afternoon and same-day is still worth asking about — we’ll tell you straight whether it’s realistic that day or whether first thing tomorrow is the honest answer. We’d rather tell you no on the phone than promise a window we can’t hit.

Have your size picked out and know roughly where the container needs to sit — driveway, curb, or lot — before you call. That alone shaves several minutes off getting you on the schedule.

Just know that a call on a day the National Weather Service has a squall warning up for our area is the one scenario where we’ll be upfront that today might not happen. We’d rather say that plainly than promise a delivery a plow truck can’t get behind.
