Older Homes Near Downtown and the Bayfront

A lot of the housing stock close to downtown Erie and the West Bayfront predates 1978, and that matters once you start tearing into plaster, trim, or old flooring. Lead-based paint and, in some cases, asbestos in older plaster or tile adhesive are a real possibility in homes of that age.
